The Stow Building - new classrooms

A building with 8 classrooms for general teaching was completed and occupied in 2000. Flexibility of use has been incorporated into the design, with provision for Computer/IT use.

New Music School

The New Music School, completed in 2003, has 15 acoustically separated practice and 8 teaching rooms as well as a teaching / performance hall with gallery.

Individual rooms are asymmetrically formed to reduce standing waves and the main Hall has acoustic boarding to the sloping and facetted soffits of the double height space.
Architecturally the new building sits comfortably with the older main school buildings and the Stow building nearby.
