West Berkshire Brewery

We were commissioned to obtain planning permission to obtain change of use for a redundant 720 sq.m dairy barn to new premises for the expanding West Berkshire Brewery and a storage facility.  Following the granting of permission, we were then commissioned to develop the design in more detail and work with the brewery on a Design and Build contract, producing the Employer’s Requirements and monitoring the work during construction.

We worked closely with the contractor, analyzing the changing requirements of the brewery as they developed, ensuring the equipment designed and being built in Italy fitted within the envelope, producing designs for the interior fit out and monitoring the work on site.
